All our models are engineered to Australian building standards for cyclonic areas and come with a certification certificate.

We are located in Indonesia because of the vast amount of timber resources and extremely competitive pricing to you. The main timbers we use are Bankerai and Merbau (Kwila). We can also supply SFC certified LVL (Laminated Veneered Lumber).

Our standard cabin and home construction consists of:

Base	Timber bearers 120x120mm thick. Interlocked floor joists Tongue and Grove 140mm wide x 25mm Thick Timber (Interior) Grooved Decking 90x25mm Timber 18mm Lined Calsiboard (lowered)
Walls	Interlocking wall panels Timber Weatherboard 90x15mm thick 90mm Wall Stud Aluminum Foil Insulation Glass Wall R-2.5 Insulation 6mm Plywood or Gyprock\Plasterboard Stainless steel screws. Poly Urethane outer finishing or paint. Nitro Cellulose inner finishing or paint.
Roof	Suspended Calsiboard Ceiling “Lysaght” zincalume Engineered Roof Truss, powder coated. Synthetic Roof Tiles. Standard 27 degree pitch.
Plumbing	Pre plumbed using galvanized pipe. Shower head and taps Wash basin Ceramic Toilet Kitchen Sink (kitchen top included) Inlets and Outlets terminated underneath.
Electrical	Insulated 3 Wire Predrilled cabling holes inside wall panels. Easy to inspect.
Doors/Windows	Stainless Steel hinges fittings 5mm thick window glass darkened 6mm thick sliding door glass darkened

We are able to build to your specifications and plans. (Any additional items such as built in robes, full kitchens, cook tops, microwaves, furniture, lighting, air conditioning can be sourced and included if required).

All units are shipped knock down in containers direct from our facility and shipped via Semarang Port.

Now in production our new range of garden sheds..

These products are completely modular and knock down for easy assembly.

Built with high grade steel frames you will have a choice of timber, cement sheet, weather board or color bond wall and roof.

All fittings are being produced with stainless steel.

Flooring and ceilings are also optional. We have many new designs and shall shortly have all the prototypes ready.

	All Garden Houses and Sheds can be produced with full timber or Using Iron Frames. Walls, doors, roof can be produced using timber or cement sheet. Glass can also be supplied 3-6mm thickness. Security grills are also optional.
